Diane has more than 25 years of experience with state and local income/franchise taxes, including planning, implementation, compliance, refund review and audit defense, and considerable experience managing large, complex engagements.
She also has extensive experience with state tax issues and planning relating to mergers, acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations, multi-state sales and use taxes, real property transfer taxes and other miscellaneous taxes. Diane’s state and local tax knowledge is supplemented by her federal income tax experience derived from her years working at a New York City law firm.
Before joining GMG in 2004, Diane was a partner in the state and local tax group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She was a key member of the state tax planning group and the lead state tax partner for several Fortune 100 companies. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Diane worked for over 6 years in the federal and state/local tax group of a major New York City law firm.
