Prior to joining Grant McCarthy Group, LLC, Amanda was a manager in the Tax and Legal Services practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s New York office. Since joining Grant McCarthy Group in 2001, Amanda has acted in a lead role in providing service to the firm’s telecommunications and retail clients. She has also been instrumental in expanding the firm’s service offerings. Her experience includes: designing and implementing tax efficient corporate structures for several Fortune 500 clients, managing large-scale global restructuring engagements and negotiating economic incentive packages for several large corporate clients. She received the Coopers & Lybrand Client Service Achievement Award for serving as a member of the Hicks, Muse Tate & Furst LBO deal team and is a regular presenter at the annual Telestrategies Conference.
Amanda received her B.A. from Boston College, her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996.
